ApRoberts, Mooney named Daktronics-NAIA Scholar-Athletes

HELENA — Carroll College softball players Anna ApRoberts and Kendall Mooney were named Daktronics-NAIA Scholar-Athletes, the NAIA announced on Tuesday.

ApRoberts and Mooney were two of 510 softball players selected to the list.

In order to be nominated by an institution’s head coach or sports information director, a student-athlete must maintain a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale and must have achieved junior academic status.

ApRoberts is a junior from Beaverton, Oregon.

Mooney is a junior from Missoula, Montana.
