Eight Carroll golfers named academic all-conference

HELENA — Carroll College’s golf teams represented well on the academic all-conference teams, which the Frontier Conference released on Monday. Five men and three women made the team.

Carroll senior Madison Robischon, junior Sydnee Nowlee and sophomore Weslee Nehl all represented the Fighting Saints’ women’s team.

Seniors Stephen Santora and Ben Gardner, juniors Trace Jochems and Palmer Moylan and sophomore Krlan Burch represented the men.

To be eligible for the team, the student-athlete must be at least a sophomore in standing, maintain a 3.0 GPA and be enrolled at school the previous two semesters.

The Saints will travel to Phoenix, Arizona, to compete in the Frontier Conference Championships from April 15-17.
