LETHBRIDGE, Alberta — The No. 3 Carroll College men overcame a 10-point halftime deficit to secure an 82-79 win over Lethbridge up north on Sunday.
“Lethbridge is very physical and they gave us all we wanted,” Carroll coach Kurt Paulson said. “The first half they switched every action and we couldn’t get into a flow on offense. In the third quarter we made some adjustments and got back in the game. We shared the ball and many different guys stepped up to get the road victory.”
It was the second time the Saints (13-1) defeated Lethbridge this season. Carroll previously defeated the Pronghorns 96-75 on Oct. 19 in the PE Center.
Stats were unavailable on Sunday evening.
Carroll is off until Frontier Conference play resumes on Dec. 29, when the Saints host Montana Tech.
