Frenchtown’s Adam Botkin signs with Rocky Mountain College

BILLINGS – Rocky Mountain College men’s basketball head coach Bill Dreikosen announced the signing of Adam Botkin Wednesday afternoon. Botkin is set to join the Battlin’ Bears program in the fall.

As a 6-foot-4 guard from Frenchtown, Botkin averaged 12.3 points and 9.8 rebounds per game for Frenchtown High School. He was named First Team All-State and First Team All-Conference as a senior. Botkin was voted as the Frenchtown team MVP as a junior and a senior. He shot 58 percent from the field and 34 percent from 3-point territory.

“We are excited to have Adam joining our Battlin’ Bear basketball program,” Dreikosen said of Botkin. “We like his size and athleticism and believe he has a tremendous upside. We look forward to watching Adam grow in our program.”

Botkin was also an Academic All-State recipient and is graduating from Frenchtown with honors. He is the son of Bob (father) and Jen (mother) and he has one sister, Kayla.
