WHITEFISH – Anna DeMars and Michael Tait from Rocky Mountain College have been award this week’s weekly golf honors from the Frontier Conference.
DeMars was awarded the Women’s Golfer of the Week honor after the sophomore helped the Battlin’ Bears to a runner-up finish at the Battle at Primm last week in Nevada. DeMars shot 2-over 146 to tie for second-place in the field of 53.
Tait claimed the Men’s Golfer of the Week award behind his 14th-place result at the Battle at Primm. The sophomore finished at 2-under 208 and he moved up six spots in the final standings after his final round 68.
