HELENA -- Two Carroll College Fighting Saints basketball players, Dane Warp and Jovan Sljivancanin, were named to the NAIA all-American lists on Thursday.
Warp was named a second-team all-American, while Sljivancanin was an honorable mention.
Warp, a senior from Havre, led the Saints in scoring at 18.4 points, while adding in 4.7 rebounds and 3.9 assists per game. Warp shot 48 percent from the field, 44 percent from the 3-point line and 84 percent from the foul line.
He's No. 13 on the Saints' all-time scoring list with 1,545 points. He's been a part of a school-record 110 wins during his four seasons as a Saint.
Sljivancanin, a sophomore from Belgrade, Serbia, was No. 2 for the Saints in scoring with an average of 17.2 points, 10.5 rebounds and 2.5 assists per game. He shot 48 percent from the field, 38 percent from the 3-point line and 67 percent from the foul line. He was named Frontier Player of the Week five times this past season.
