BILLINGS — Rocky Mountain College won the battle of Frontier Conference unbeatens over Montana Tech Saturday night, snapping the Diggers seven match winning streak with a 3-0 win inside the Fortin Center.

Monique Rodriguez again led the Bears with 10 kills while hitting .450 for the match. Daniella Russell and Morgan Allen chipped in seven kills a piece, while all-conference setter Natalie Hilderman added four kills to her 11 digs and 29 assists.

Rocky played exceptional defense, with five players recording double-digit digs led by libero Ayle Embry with 14 and defensive specialist Addy Valdez with 13.

Gena McMillan led all players with 12 kills for the Diggers, while Maureen Jessop added 11.

Rocky moves to 12-5 overall, 4-0 in the Frontier while Montana Tech falls to 14-3, 3-1.
