HELENA — As the Frontier Conference spring football season approaches, Montana Tech added a new recruit in Helena Capital's Tyler Little.
Little, a defensive lineman for the Bruins, recorded 54 tackles and 12 sacks in nine games for the Bruins last fall.
Little said his only offer to play football after college was with Montana Tech and looks forward to hopefully making a name for himself with the Orediggers.
"That's what I'm planning on doing -- making the other schools regret that they didn't pick me up or take a chance on me," said Little.
Little, who was born in Butte before moving to Helena, said he's looking forward to getting on the field and experiencing college.
"I'm getting to play with a bunch of new people and meeting new people. It's like home and I was born in Butte and I have a lot of family in Butte. I'm just excited to go," said Little.
Little said while playing football he plans on studying Biological Sciences and hopes to become a coach in the future.
