Frontier Conference athletic directors have approved a modified schedule for the 2021 spring football season.
Five teams -- Carroll College, College of Idaho, Eastern Oregon, MSU-Northern and Rocky Mountain College -- will each play four-game schedules beginning in March. Each team will have one open weekend on its schedule.
Teams are scheduled to first take the fields on March 13, with Rocky hosting Carroll and College of Idaho hosting MSU-Northern. The shortened spring schedule will conclude on April 10, with Carroll hosting C of I and MSUN hosting EOU.
The NAIA playoffs are scheduled to begin on April 17 and conclude with the national championship game on May 10 at Eddie G. Robinson Stadium in Grambling, La.
