WHITEFISH -- Frontier Conference commissioner Kent Paulson released the men's and women's all-conference golf teams on Wednesday.
The league determined the all-conference teams based on the fall season, as the spring season, including the conference championship, was canceled due to the coronavirus pandemic. The top five golfers receive first-team honors, while the next five are named second-team all-conference.
Rocky Mountain College was named the regular-season champion. Battlin' Bears freshman Hailey Derrickson was named player of the year and freshman of the year, while coach Aaron Pohle was tabbed women's coach of the year for the fifth consecutive year. Pohle was also named the men's coach of the year, with Rocky's Nolann Burzminski earning the league's freshman of the year honor. Lewis-Clark State sophomore Carlos Davila was named the men's player of the year.
