WHITEFISH – University of Providence and Rocky Mountain College student-athletes were selected for Frontier Conference volleyball player of the week awards on Monday.

No. 24 Providence went 2-0 in its weekend series against Montana Tech, winning 3-1 on Friday and 3-2 on Saturday.

Providence middle blocker Sadie Lott is the attacker of the week. The 5-foot-9 freshman from Idaho Falls averaged 4.44 kills and 4.56 digs per set over the weekend. She recorded double-doubles in kills and digs in both matches. Lott's teammate, Cydney Finberg-Roberts, is the Frontier's setter of the week. A 5-11 junior from Columbia Falls, Finberg-Roberts averaged 12 assists and 2.44 digs per set.

No. 18 Rocky Mountain College swept its road series against Montana Western with a 3-1 win on Friday and a 3-0 win on Saturday. Ayla Embry, a 5-4 sophomore libero from Bozeman, is the defender of the week. She averaged 6.26 digs per match, and is second in the NAIA in digs.
