BILLINGS — For the second consecutive day, Montana State hauled in a pile of All-America honors for its historic 2024 football season.

On Wednesday, the Bobcats placed seven on the Stats Perform FCS All-America teams, the most for any program in the nation. Quarterback Tommy Mellott and left guard Marcus Wehr were both honored as first-team selections, while tight end Rohan Jones and defensive end Brody Grebe were both on the second team.

For the third team, Taco Dowler was selected at punt returner. Offensive lineman Conner Moore was also a third-team pick on offense, as was running back Scottre Humphrey.

Montana Grizzlies' punt returner Junior Bergen was a first-team selection while offensive lineman Brandon Casey was named to the second-team offense.

Mellott, Wehr, Jones, Grebe, Dowler, Moore, Bergen and Casey were all chosen as Associated Press All-Americans on Tuesday.

Additionally, Bobcats running back Adam Jones was named to the Stats Perform All-Freshman Team.

Top-seeded Montana State (14-0) will host No. 4 seed South Dakota (11-2) on Saturday in the FCS semfinals for a berth in the national championship game.
