It will mark the sixth Gameday appearance at an FCS school. The first was on Sept. 21, 2013 in Fargo, N.D. for NDSU's game against Delaware State. The Bison won 51-0. Gameday also went to Fargo in 2014.
North Dakota State is ranked No. 1 in the latest FCS Stats poll, while South Dakota State is No. 3. The Bison are currently on a 28-game win streak, second longest in FCS history. Their last loss came in Brookings in 2017.
