GLENDIVE - With the official NJCAA Basketball season beginning in less than a month, Dawson Community College Head Women's Basketball Coach Romeo Lagmay, Jr. has added another signee to the 2021 roster.

6'0" forward Imogene Noble signed an official NJCAA Letter of Intent and will make her arrival to Glendive in late January, joining the Lady Buccaneers before Mon-Dak Conference play.

Imogene is from Auckland, New Zealand and recently graduated from Girls Grammar School. This year she was voted MVP for high school and her regional team, Counties Manukau. She averaged 18.4 points for the Counties.

"I am excited to be furthering my education and basketball at Dawson Community College," Noble said. "Coming from a small country, I am really appreciative of this opportunity, and to also be playing alongside my mate Rashaan. I can't wait to arrive in Glendive, Montana, where it looks absolutely amazing, and I'm excited to play for Coach Romeo, who has already helped to get everything ready on my end."

"Signing Imogene was a big plus for us at this time," said Lagmay. "As a last minute signee, she was a steal in us preparing for conference play. Imogene can play both inside and out, and is physical in the paint, yet has a nice touch from beyond the arc. She and I are both very enthusiastic about her training and competing as a Lady Buc."
