Miles Community College student-athletes earn MonDak Conference player of the week honors

MILES CITY -- Miles Community College student-athletes Rebekah Dallinger and Matilda Dietz earned MonDak Conference player of the week honors.

Dallinger is the MonDak Conference women's basketball player of the week. She is a 5-foot-10 freshman guard from Sydney Australia who attended Narrabeen Sports Academy. During a 3-0 week for the Pioneers, Dallinger scored 84 points and shot 64% from the field and 77% from 3-point range. She also had 21 rebounds, 11 assists, five steals and two blocked shots. Dallinger is currently leading the NJCAA in scoring at 31.5 points per game.

Dietz, a 5-3 sophomore libero, has been named MonDak Conference volleyball player of the week for the last week of January. During non-conference matches on Jan. 23 in Casper, Wyoming, she had 43 digs and two assists. Dietz is from Manhattan, where she attended Manhattan High School.
