CENTERVILLE — Ian Moline rushed for four touchdowns and Ridger Bowman caught three as Geraldine-Highwood coasted past Centerville, 66-27, in 6-Man football action on Saturday.
It was the 6-Man debut for the Centerville program, but Geraldine-Highwood scored early and often, capitalizing on four Miner turnovers. The Rivals led 21-0 at the end of the first, but Centerville scored three times in the second to make it 40-21 at halftime. Geraldine-Highwood held Centerville to just six points in the second half to secure the win.
Eathan Upchurch threw for four touchdowns to lead the Miners, including two to Cade Hutchins.
