BOZEMAN – One of the Montana State Bobcats’ promising young talents is not only stepping away from the roster, he’s stepping away from the sport of football. Redshirt freshman Jaxen Hashley has decided to medically retire, according to Skyline Sports.
The former Kalispell Glacier star and Bobcat defensive lineman suffered a torn ACL during his time with the Wolfpack and then re-tore the same knee in fall camp last season. In high school, he helped lead Glacier to a 2014 Class AA state championship.
